I can’t remember a time in my life when I wasn’t drawn to homes and interiors.  This keen interest led me to study at Moore College in Philadelphia, where I studied interior design.  

I have been working closely with a builder for more than 10 years.  Together, we design, build and sell custom quality homes – each uniquely appointed – from beach houses and farm style homes to quaint single-family homes.  Unique details fit each individual buyer as we strive to provide a personal touch that compliments individual lifestyle preferences and comfort choices. We specialize in fine finishes including stone fronts with stucco, custom kitchen cabinets, stone counter tops, hardwood flooring, tile bathrooms and upscale lighting.  

As a designer I take pride in curating spaces that make a home look both beautiful and functional for the buyer/owner.  With Ida Yurgin Designs you get a builder and a designer that can take your ideas - both the exterior and interior - and make them a reality utilizing our unique, coordinated approach.

My relationships in the industry, coupled with my vendor accounts, enable me to offer competitive prices for furniture, window treatments, lighting and other household fixtures.  Regular trips to the High Point, NC market inspire my creative niche and provide me the opportunity to acquire unique pieces from all over the country.
